一、招聘岗位及人数
红十字运动学科方向带头人，1-2名。
二、招聘要求
1. 热爱高等教育事业和红十字人道教育事业，遵纪守法，思想品德端正，工作作风严谨，具有良好的职业道德、职业素质和团队合作精神。
2. 中国史或世界史专业背景，博士研究生学历、学位；毕业于高水平大学（科研院所），具有两年以上境外学习（工作）经历。
3. 国内应聘者：教授职称，博士研究生导师，主持过国家社科基金项目，有获国内外同行认可的标志性科研成果并在中国或国际红十字运动历史与发展研究领域取得突破性进展，具备统筹学科发展规划的能力，近五年在苏州大学规定的权威核心期刊（含SSCI）发表论文3篇以上，满足下列条件之一者优先：
（1）国家社科基金重点项目负责人；
（2）国家哲学社会科学成果文库入选者；
（3）有省级及以上高层次学术称号者；
（4）省部级二等奖以上。
4. 国外应聘者：胜任中国或国际红十字运动历史与发展研究领域的教学、科研工作，或具有承担本教研中心建设与发展的能力，并满足下列条件之一：
Oversea applicant: Be competent in teaching and research in the field of history and development of Chinese or international Red Cross & Red Crescent movement, or have the ability to undertake the construction and development of this teaching and research center, and meet one of the following conditions:
（1）在海外高水平大学、研究机构具有助理教授以上职称；
（1） Hold a position of assistant professor or above in a high-level university or research institution overseas;
（2）在国际组织具有连续五年以上的任职经历，具有与大学中高级职称相当的研究背景。
（2）Have more than five consecutive years of work experience in an international organization with a research background equivalent to intermediate or senior professional position at a university.
5. 其他与上述条件、水平相当的高端人才。
6. 年龄一般应在50周岁以下（1970年1月1日以后出生，领军人才年龄可适当放宽）。
7. 身心健康。
三、薪酬待遇
薪酬待遇根据苏州大学相关文件，按照所聘岗位确定，并一人一策。
